Future Indicatives creates constructive solutions. By acting as a neutral sounding board in totally confidential 1:1 discussions, either face to face or over the telephone, we can help you identify your issues and define your goals and draw up an action plan for how you will achieve them.

Coaching sessions are flexible and normally last between one and two hours on a fortnightly or monthly basis according to your needs.

At the end of the coaching sessions you will leave with an awareness of new options, and increased confidence and commitment to action. This will lead to an enhanced business performance and greater job satisfaction.
