Who we are

Future Indicatives is run by Halik Kochanski. She is a trained career consultant and executive coach. Halik is also a board member of the London Chapter of ACP International (Association of Career Professionals International) and abides by their code of ethics.

Halik has extensive experience of the IT industry, evaluating the requirements of clients, large and small, in every sector of the economy. She has also taught at two top universities in London and is a published military historian.

Halik has coached and advised clients from a variety of industry sectors, including: professional services; education; finance; advertising; media; marketing; HR and the public sector.

All clients are pre-screened: if we feel that Future Indicatives cannot help you, then we will suggest someone who can.
